台东300只鸟疑因误食毒果暴毙，尸遍果园。据台湾TVBS网站
中新网12月5日电据台湾TVBS网站报道，真的有恐怖怪客蓄意毒鸟吗？位在台湾台东卑南乡的释迦果园，最近出现300多具鸟尸，其中多数是保育类的乌头翁。民众怀疑，可能是地主在掉落的果实上涂抹毒药，想要防止山猪破坏果园，没想到鸟类误食，才会集体暴毙。
记者说：“哪里有鸟尸体？”民众说：“那边。”
释迦园旁鸟尸掉满地，走进果园里，情况更严重，鸟尸多达300多只，保育类的乌头翁占多数，画面怵目惊心，民众看了直呼夸张。民众说：“这很夸张，很多(鸟尸)，我们沿路上看到的，就是现在的情形。”记者说：“以前有没有遇过？”民众说：“没有，没有，从来没有。”
野鸟怎么会集体暴毙，情况实在少见，2日才刚收拾过，没想到5日又出现鸟尸，民众怀疑鸟类可能是误食农药死亡，而现场也发现包释迦的塑料袋里有白色粉末疑似农药，只是在有机堆肥的果园里，怎么会有毒性这么强的农药，推测可能是农民为了防山猪破坏果实，在落果上涂上农药，想毒猪，结果鸟类误食毒发身亡。
台东县府保育科人员说：“差不多有4种啊，4种左右，有树鹊。”
鸟类大量暴毙，情况罕见，县府人员已经将部分鸟尸带回检验，而警方也介入调查，将约谈地主说明，真相还有待厘清，但若是蓄意下药，已经触犯“野生动物保育法”，恐怕吃上官司。
