新华网南宁12月5日电(记者吴小康、张周来)受近期西江上游地区降雨量减少影响，747艘货船滞航于广西梧州市境内的长洲水利枢纽。有关部门担心，随着上游来水的逐渐减少，未来通航条件不容乐观。
记者5日从梧州航道管理局了解到，截至当日8时，滞留于长洲水利枢纽上下游的船只达到747艘；当日入库流量为1100立方米／秒，而出库流量则达到1600立方米／秒。
梧州市交通局负责人介绍，目前梧州市已启动通航应急联动预案较大(Ⅱ)级响应，要求各相关单位依据各自职能做好相关应急准备工作，所有待闸船舶应服从船闸管理部门的调度和指挥，做好防火防碰等各项工作，依法从严查处故意扰乱通航秩序的单位和个人。
有关部门指出，随着西江上游地区降雨量的进一步扩大，上游来水量锐减，下游水位持续低下，未来西江长洲水利枢纽通航形势十分严峻。
