新华网北京12月5日专电（记者张淼淼）4日傍晚突袭京城的大雾还将持续，受其影响，5日北京的空气质量已下滑超标。预计大雾将在周三彻底消散，届时空气质量也将随之转好。
5日的京城，昏黄的天空中飘着零星小雪，再加上弥漫不散的雾气，和刚刚过去的晴朗周末判若两“城”。
记者从北京市环保局了解到，整个周末京城的空气质量都处于良好级别，北京市环保局发布的空气质量日报显示，从3日中午12时到4日中午12时，空气污染指数为80，属于良好级别。
但从4日下午开始，大雾突至，天空静风，湿度变大，污染物扩散条件非常不好，空气中的各项污染物浓度开始快速累积，4日夜间的空气污染指数预报为270到290，四级中重度污染。短时污染指数超过400，达到五级重度污染程度。
“5日上午，空气质量状况有所好转，污染指数有所下降。”北京市环保局监测人员告诉记者，综合4日12时到5日12时的平均污染物浓度值，5日北京的空气污染指数在150到170，三级2轻度污染。“雾不彻底消散，空气质量很难彻底好转。”
环保专家认为，目前北京的污染排放水平已处于临界点，即对气象条件非常敏感，空气质量在扩散条件好或一般时都能达标，一旦遭遇极端天气，空气质量就会迅速下滑。中央气象台5日仍在发布大雾预警，京津冀9省份仍将持续有雾，局部地区能见度小于200米。
北京气象台首席预报员孙继松告诉记者，北京5日、6日会持续出现零星小雪及小雪的天气，这将增加空气中的水汽，大雾很难消散。周三开始直至周五，一股较强冷空气会给京城带来5级左右的北风，届时大雾将彻底消散，但气温将明显下降，预计大风期间最低温度可达零下7摄氏度。
