本报讯(记者陶颖)今天上午，市气象台发布大雾黄色预警信号，本市平均能见度不足1公里。预计这场大雾将持续至明天夜间。
中央气象台的大雾蓝色预警中显示，我国中东部大部分地区“沦陷”雾区，华北基本都有轻雾，其中，京津地区雾气最重，能见度不足1000米，局部能见度不足200米。
北京地区大雾从昨天开始，城区平均能见度只有1至3公里，南部局地最小能见度不足500米。
此时风向也助长雾气的势头，转为偏南风，推动最先在城南部开始的雾气“北上”，并逐渐覆盖全市范围。
截至今天上午，全城被雾封锁，平均能见度不足1公里，城区基本都只有500至800米；而东部、南部照例是雾气的“重灾区”，局地最小能见度不足200米。
受大雾天气影响，京沪、京平、京开等高速，以及东、南、北六环部分路段，都采取了封路措施。
市气象台预测，这场大雾将持续到明天夜间；后天午后将有北风进城，届时将驱散雾气。
同时，市气象台提醒，今天能见度差，出行请及时收听路况信息，注意安全。大雾天气不利于污染物扩散，空气质量明显降低，影响身体健康，居民需适当防护，比如外出时戴口罩、围巾等。

雾霾天气与环境污染无关
今天上午，记者联系到北京大学环境模拟与污染控制国家联合重点实验室主任胡敏教授。她说，今天的这种雾霾跟环境污染并没有关系，只是来雪前的征兆，仅是天气现象，不像完全的空气污染。
而与往年相比，是否这种雾霾天气变多了、频繁了。胡敏称，目前并没有具体的数据统计。
“跟环境污染肯定没有关系。”北京市气象局专家张明英告诉记者，今天的雾霾是因为前几天北京的雪，使得地面湿度比较大，地面气温较低，形成了大雾。此外，张明英表示，今年的雾霾从感觉上，也并没有比往年多。
