本报讯（记者刘春瑞）昨日，记者在中国铁路客户服务中心网站（www.12306.cn）发现，所有车次的火车票均已可网购。
12306.cn网站显示，目前，网站办理车次以“C”、“D”、“G”、“Z”、“T”、“K”、“L”、“A”、“Y”开头的以及1000至7598的旅客列车售票业务。
互联网售票从今年6月12日开始，京津城际率先试水网络售票，到昨日终于实现了所有车次的全覆盖。铁道部最终兑现在年底前网络售票覆盖所有车次的承诺。
昨日，该网站还有3个新变化。首先，系统开放时间调整为6点至23点。之前，用户不用登录也可以在车票预订功能中查看车次、票价和剩余票数，昨起，用户必须先登录，才能预订车票。此外，网站支持用户名或邮箱地址登录。之前该网站仅仅支持用户名登录。

●用户至今尚未收到12306的用户激活邮件
可在登录网站后，选择“重发激活邮件”，稍后进入您注册时提供的邮箱，打开收到的激活邮件（发件人为12306@rails.com.cn），点击激活链接完成用户激活。
●用户多次尝试仍未收到激活邮件
可在登录后进入“我的12306”左侧的“个人资料”功能，在“电子邮件”一栏中更换一个邮箱地址，提交后系统将向新的邮箱地址重发激活链接。
●用户忘记注册用户名
可使用邮箱地址登录功能，用邮箱地址和注册时设置的密码，也可正常登录网站。
●用户忘记用户名和密码
可结合前两个攻略，用邮箱找回密码，再通过邮箱和密码登录网站。

残疾人专用票元旦开卖
实行实名制，须于预售之日至开车前24小时购票
本报讯（记者刘春瑞）昨日，铁道部表示，明年元旦起，每趟列车将预留一定数量的残疾人专用票额，购票时间为预售之日起至始发站列车开车前24小时。
日前，铁道部、民政部、解放军总政治部、中国残疾人联合会等四部门联合印发《关于做好铁路残疾人旅客专用票额车票发售工作的通知》，《通知》自2012年1月1日起执行。
《通知》要求，残疾人旅客专用票额的购票条件为：持有残疾人证，且载明视力、肢体或智力三类残疾，残疾等级为一级或二级的；持有残疾军人证、伤残人民警察证，且载明残疾等级为一至六级的。
残疾人旅客专用票实行实名制。购票、退票、进出站检票及乘车时，应出示残疾人证、残疾军人证、伤残人民警察证及其所载明的居民身份证等有效证件。通知要求，旅客列车设置残疾人专用坐席，专用坐席处及所在车厢外的车身涂刷相关标识。
