新快报讯记者黎秋玲通讯员胡键岳综报道昨天上午，省委书记汪洋在广州主持召开省委关于加强领导班子建设征求意见座谈会。
目前，我省市县领导班子换届工作已基本完成，换届后领导班子任期正值贯彻落实我省“十二五”规划的关键时期。即将召开的省委十届十一次全会，将研究关于加强领导班子建设工作，为新班子“指方向、立规矩、提要求”。
汪洋说，换届后的领导班子结构进一步优化，干部来源进一步拓宽，整体素质进一步提高，群众认可度进一步提升。但从更高标准、更严要求来看，我省各级领导班子还需要在坚定贯彻科学发展观的态度和决心、加强对群众的感情和强化服务群众意识、增强进取和改革精神等方面作出进一步努力。
汪洋强调，要有针对性地解决领导班子建设存在的突出问题，着力在坚定理想信念、坚持科学发展、贯彻民主集中制、深入开展调研、加强学习、拒腐防变等几个方面下功夫、出实招，以改革创新精神全面推进领导班子思想建设、组织建设、作风建设、制度建设和反腐倡廉建设，为“加快转型升级、建设幸福广东”提供坚强组织保证。
