本报北京3月2日电(记者富子梅)国务院办公厅日前印发《2012年食品安全重点工作安排》(以下简称“安排”)，明确提出2012年继续开展严厉打击食品非法添加和滥用食品添加剂、农药兽药残留、调味品等7个专项治理行动，切实解决影响人民群众食品安全的突出问题，努力消除监管盲区、死角，遏制食品安全违法行为多发态势。
安排指出，集中严厉打击使用非食品原料生产加工食品、在食品中添加有毒有害物质、在畜禽水产品养殖环节滥用抗生素及禁用药物、在保健食品中违法添加化学药物成分、在火锅底料中添加非食用物质等违法行为，加大对超范围、超限量使用食品添加剂问题的治理力度。
深化乳制品、食用油、肉类、酒类、食品添加剂、保健食品综合治理，实施行业清理，整顿不符合规定的食品生产经营单位。
